A Narrative Frame

And a pilgrimette — think Chaucer.

I started my career as a business journalist, transitioned to the role of Public Information Officer, then public relations strategist, with a heavy emphasis on political campaigns and crisis management, and ultimately landed as a communications strategist.

As happens with people, professionals, and companies, life threw a few curveballs, and I found myself living in Italy. I got lucky and found work with a multinational, which allowed me to work in many European countries. Eventually, I transitioned into the luxury travel and fashion markets. Why? Let’s face it, they’re fun and glam.

Since returning to the States, I’ve lived and worked in Denver, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, and, of course, Providence, focusing heavily on education, advocacy, and nonprofit work.
